SMS Messaging Terms and Compliance

Program Description

The Hank's Carpet Cleaning SMS program sends messages to customers and prospective customers who have contacted us, scheduled an appointment or consultation, requested information, purchased a service, or otherwise expressly opted in to receive text messages.

Messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling updates, service notifications, account updates, customer-support communications, and promotional messages when the recipient has provided the appropriate consent.

SMS consent may be collected through our website, scheduling forms, intake forms, or other authorized opt-in methods. When collected through a web form, SMS consent is obtained using a dedicated consent checkbox or similar affirmative action.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Cancellation Instructions

You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to the number that sent you the message. After replying STOP, you will receive a final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. You will not receive additional SMS messages unless you subsequently opt in again.

Services

Hank's Carpet Cleaning provides carpet, upholstery, tile and grout, grout color sealing, hardwood, luxury vinyl plank, natural stone, and commercial floor cleaning services. Prices shown on the Site and in our online quote builder are based on the information you provide; the scope and final price of a service may be adjusted if conditions at the property differ from what was described, and your technician will discuss any change with you before work begins.

Cleaning results depend on factors such as the age, material, and condition of the item or surface. Some stains, damage, or wear may not be fully removable, and your technician will point these out when possible.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about the service requested and reasonable access to the areas being cleaned.

30-Day Happiness Guarantee

If anything we cleaned isn't right within 30 days, let us know and we'll come back and re-clean it for free — as many times as it takes to get it clean. To use the guarantee, contact us within 30 days of your appointment. Covers the areas and items we cleaned. Permanent damage that cleaning can't reverse (like bleach spots, dye stains, sun fading, or worn fibers) and new spills after your appointment aren't covered — your technician will point out anything like that before we start.

Payments

Prices and payment terms will be disclosed at the time of booking or in the applicable quote or invoice. By providing a payment method, you authorize Hank's Carpet Cleaning and its payment processors to charge the applicable fees. Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees are charged in U.S. dollars and customers are responsible for applicable taxes.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Site and the materials made available through it—including text, graphics, logos, branding, photos, and videos—are owned by or licensed to Hank's Carpet Cleaning and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. Hank's Carpet Cleaning grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use the Site for lawful personal purposes.

Unless Hank's Carpet Cleaning provides written authorization, you may not:

Severability and Entire Agreement

If any portion of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable quote or invoice constitute the entire agreement concerning your use of the Site and the applicable services.
